- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
- 1/2 lb crab meat, lump crab or imitation crab
- 1 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving:
- Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
- Crackers, chips, or bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Shrimp: In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through. Chop into pieces and set aside.
- Cook Crab: In the same skillet, heat crab meat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Mix Dip: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Add spinach, shrimp, and crab. Mix well.
- Add Seasonings: Fold in Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot with crackers, chips, or bread.
