Ingredients

Cauliflower:
- 1 Large Head Cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
Seasoning:
- Cooking Oil Spray
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce:
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- ¼ Cup Low sodium soy sauce or coconut amino
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Gluten-free flour or cornstarch
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare cauliflower: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange cauliflower florets on the tray, spray with Cooking Oil Spray, season with Garlic Salt, salt, and pepper.
- Bake cauliflower: Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Prepare sauce: In a saucepan, combine Honey, minced Garlic, soy sauce, Sriracha, Hoisin Sauce, and flour. Cook until thickened.
- Coat cauliflower: Remove cauliflower from the oven, pour sauce over, toss to coat. Garnish with Green Onions and Sesame Seeds.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha.
- For a vegetarian version, use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce.
