Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Prepare Zucchini: Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
