Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the crust and topping.
- Prepare Pan: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Mix Crust Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture is evenly moistened.
- Form Crust: Press the graham cracker and butter mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the greased baking pan, creating an even crust layer.
- Bake Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes to set it and enhance the flavor.
- Add Toppings: Remove the baked crust from the oven and evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the surface, followed by an even layer of mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake Again: Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and melty.
- Cool and Chill: Let the bars cool at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator to firm up, making cutting easier.
- Serve: Once chilled, cut the bars into squares and serve your delicious S’more Bars.
