Ingredients

Scale

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter

Filling & Topping

  • 4 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 package Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the crust and topping.
  2. Prepare Pan: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Mix Crust Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  4. Form Crust: Press the graham cracker and butter mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the greased baking pan, creating an even crust layer.
  5. Bake Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes to set it and enhance the flavor.
  6. Add Toppings: Remove the baked crust from the oven and evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the surface, followed by an even layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  7. Bake Again: Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and melty.
  8. Cool and Chill: Let the bars cool at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator to firm up, making cutting easier.
  9. Serve: Once chilled, cut the bars into squares and serve your delicious S’more Bars.

Notes

  • You can substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk or dark chocolate according to preference.
  • For an extra gooey top layer, use large marshmallows instead of mini marshmallows.
  • Make sure to press the crust firmly to avoid crumbly bars.
  • Refrigeration helps the bars hold their shape when sliced.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
