Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Enhance Flavor: Add garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and drained tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Base: Press crescent roll dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to cover the bottom.
