Instructions

  3. Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce evenly at the bottom of a baking dish. Place each lasagna noodle flat, spoon and spread the seafood mixture along the noodle, then roll it up tightly. Arrange the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Add Toppings: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups to cover them. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  5. Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Allow the baked roll-ups to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a bright, fresh finish.
