- Add Pretzels: Arrange the pretzels evenly across the melted chocolate layer, gently pressing them down so they adhere well.
- Melt Caramel: Combine unwrapped Kraft caramels with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes, stirring to achieve a smooth drizzle consistency.
- Drizzle Caramel: Evenly drizzle the melted caramel mixture over the layer of pretzels to add a gooey, sweet layer.
