- 1 cup white granulated sugar

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9X5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Banana Mixture: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, vanilla extract, and canola oil to the banana mixture; stir well.
