			Protein Ball Mixture
- 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
 - 2 tablespoons coconut flour
 - 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella or Nutiva)
 - 1/3 cup chocolate chips of choice
 - 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella or Nutiva)

Optional Chocolate Coating
- Additional chocolate chips for melting
 - Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate protein powder, coconut flour, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread. Gradually add the mixture of chocolate chips and the remaining tablespoon of hazelnut spread. Adjust consistency by adding more coconut flour (one teaspoon at a time) if the dough is too soft, or add water or almond milk a teaspoon at a time if the dough is too thick.
 - Shape Balls: Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls. Place them on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the balls to set and firm up.
 - Prepare Chocolate Coating (Optional): Melt additional chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth. Stir in some chocolate hazelnut spread to create a rich coating.
 - Dip and Set: Dip the protein balls into the melted chocolate mixture, then place on clean parchment paper. Sprinkle with cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey finish. Let the coating set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate protein powder for best flavor.
 - Adjust coconut flour carefully as it absorbs moisture quickly.
 - Chilling the balls helps them hold their shape better when dipped in chocolate.
 - Store protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
 - For a dairy-free version, use vegan-friendly chocolate chips and hazelnut spread.
