- 1/3 cup Baileys Irish Cream (80ml)

Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and powdered sugar until they are evenly combined, creating a uniform dry base for the cookie balls.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the corn syrup and Baileys Irish Cream into the dry mixture. The mixture will become crumbly but should hold together when pressed.
- Form Balls: Using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each, shape the mixture into balls with your fingertips. If the dough is sticky, dust your fingers with powdered sugar to make handling easier. Set the formed balls aside on a plate or tray.
- Melt Candy Coating: Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in increments of 15 to 45 seconds, stirring between each until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip and Set: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each cookie ball into the melted candy melts, ensuring they are completely coated. Place the coated balls on parchment paper and allow them to dry completely before serving or storing.
