			Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for filling)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners to prepare for baking.
 - Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
 - Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the whole milk, melted unsalted butter, room temperature eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
 - Combine Wet and Dry: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix to keep the muffins tender.
 - Prepare Filling: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar filling.
 - Fill the Muffin Cups: Fill each lined muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter, add a swirl of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter, then top with a little more batter to cover the filling.
 - Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Cool and Serve: Remove the muffins from the oven, allow them to cool slightly in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely or serve warm.
