Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
