Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, honey, buttermilk, and eggs.

- Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
