Instructions

  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix in tomatoes and seasonings; then, remove from heat.
  4. Layer the meat mixture, zucchini slices, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a baking dish. Repeat the layers.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
