  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Cauliflower:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra moisture)

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Fresh parsley
  • Grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook the Cauliflower: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove cauliflower and set aside.
  2. Brown the Turkey: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add ground turkey, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
  3. Add Seasoning: Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Combine & Simmer: Return cauliflower to the skillet. If dry, add chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes until well coated and heated through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
