For the Cauliflower:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra moisture)
For Garnish (Optional):
- Fresh parsley
- Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the Cauliflower: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove cauliflower and set aside.
- Brown the Turkey: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add ground turkey, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
- Add Seasoning: Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Combine & Simmer: Return cauliflower to the skillet. If dry, add chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
