Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in grated zucchini.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for frosting until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
