  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Creamy Broth:

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
  • 3 stalks green onions (thinly sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken – In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, coat well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sear until golden and tender. Set aside.
  3. Build the Creamy Broth – Sauté garlic in the skillet, pour in chicken broth, add heavy cream and chili sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook the Noodles – Boil water, cook ramen noodles until al dente. Drain.
  5. Assemble the Ramen Bowls – Return chicken to the broth, stir, and ladle over noodles.
