Marinated Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Creamy Broth:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
- 3 stalks green onions (thinly sliced)
- Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken – In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken pieces, coat well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Sear the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and sear until golden and tender. Set aside.
- Build the Creamy Broth – Sauté garlic in the skillet, pour in chicken broth, add heavy cream and chili sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Cook the Noodles – Boil water, cook ramen noodles until al dente. Drain.
- Assemble the Ramen Bowls – Return chicken to the broth, stir, and ladle over noodles.
- Garnish & Serve – Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
