  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, softened (120 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare Toasted Pecans and Brown Butter Start by melting butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add in the chopped pecans. Toast the pecans for 3-4 minutes until fragrant, then cool completely. Brown butter in a pot until nutty and browned, then refrigerate.
