Instructions

  1. Roast Pistachios: Preheat oven to 350°F. Roast pistachios on a baking sheet for 8 minutes, then cool.
  2. Brown Butter: Brown butter until amber, then cool to room temperature.
  3. Prepare Dough: Cream together brown butter, tahini, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add to batter, mixing until just incorporated.
