Ingredients
Scale
Meatball Mixture
- 32 Ounce Bag Frozen Meatballs
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Packets Brown Gravy Mix
- 2–3 Tablespoons Peperoncini Juice
- 8–10 Peperoncini Peppers
- 1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Gravy Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, ranch seasoning, brown gravy mix, and 2-3 tablespoons of peperoncini juice until well combined, creating a flavorful base sauce.
- Combine Ingredients in Crockpot: Spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray to prevent sticking. Add the frozen meatballs to the crockpot, then pour the prepared gravy mixture over them. Top with the whole peperoncini peppers and place the stick of butter on top for richness.
- Cook the Meatballs: Set the crockpot to cook on high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Cook until the gravy thickens and the meatballs are heated through and tender.
- Serve: Stir the meatballs gently to coat them evenly in the sauce. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or use in sandwiches for a delicious meal.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add more peperoncini peppers or use some of the seeds.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for the last 30 minutes to reduce excess liquid.
- You can substitute turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave to avoid drying out the meatballs.
