  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • ½ cup crispy bacon bits
  • Potato Layer:

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • Onion Layer:

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Pre-cook ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
  4. Layer the Ingredients in the Slow Cooker: Grease the slow cooker; add a layer of potatoes, onions, ground beef, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, and bacon bits, seasoning each layer.
  5. Prepare the Sauce: Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika; pour over layers.
