Chocolate Layer:
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
Instructions
- Prepare Crust – Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake.
- Make Peanut Butter Filling – Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Add Whipped Cream – Whip heavy cream and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Make Chocolate Layer – Melt chocolate with hot cream, add butter and corn syrup.
- Finish and Chill – Pour chocolate over the peanut butter layer and refrigerate until set.
