- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Rolls & Topping
- 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12 count)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare it for baking the sliders.
- Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder; set this mixture aside for brushing on the top of the rolls later.
- Mix Chicken Filling: In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the combined shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well incorporated.
- Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves snugly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add Chicken Mixture: Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly on top of the chicken layer.
- Top and Butter: Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer. Use a brush to apply the garlic butter mixture evenly across the tops of the rolls.
- Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes to heat through and melt the cheese.
- Bake Uncovered: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops of the sliders turn golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm for a flavorful and satisfying treat.
