  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350F and position rack in the middle.
  2. Prepare Zucchini: Quarter zucchinis and mince in a food processor. Alternatively, use a cheese grater.
  3. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil, orange zest, orange juice, and eggs. Gradually add in the flour mixture, then stir in the minced zucchini.
