Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12–13 sheets, crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup apple butter
Instructions
- Spray 8-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Crust
Combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Mix in melted butter. Press crust into bottom and up the sides of pan.
- Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust. Swirl dollops of apple butter into filling. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth filling.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 6 hours to set properly.
