Stuffed Shells:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta Shells: Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the Shells: Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Cook in the Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
